ZTE has is holding an event on October 17 in China, where it is expected to launch a new Nubia smartphone. As per new reports, the upcoming smartphone might be a new variant of the Nubia Z11 Mini. There are no available details about the specifications of the new Nubia smartphone yet.
The Chinese handset maker has confirmed the October 17 event. The new variant is expected to come with several new additions to the new ZTE Nubia Z11 mini variant. The new Nubia smartphone is said to sport a dual-rear camera setup. However, no details have been confirmed as yet.
The ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini was launched in April this year. It was launched at CNY 1,499 (approx. Rs. 15,000) in China. The camera focused smartphone sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX298 sensor and features such as f/2.0 aperture, 6P lens, phase detection auto-focus [PDAF] system, and a LED flash. It also features an 8-megapixel front camera. The smartphone also sports a fingerprint scanner at the back, which comes with multiple functions. It comes in a metallic body and comes in three different color options.
The ZTE Nubia Z11 mini sports a 5-inch IPS LCD display with full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) resolution. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 (MSM8952) processor with 3GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with 64GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 200GB via a micro SD card. It runs Android 5.1 (Lollipop) OS with nubia UI 3.9.6 on top. The dual-SIM smartphone [hybrid dual-SIM slot] is backed by a 2800mAh non-removable battery with quick charging.
The ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini has a thickness of just 8mm and weighs just 138 grams.Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi with hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS, USB etc. It comes with Accelerometer, Compass, Gyroscope, Light and Proximity sensor.
