Xiaomi Redmi Pro is scheduled for launch on the 27th of this July at Beijing. The hype around this device is growing with the approaching launch date. To further stir up the excitement of fans, Xiaomi has teased a new video on Weibo showing that its next flagship, Redmi Pro will sport the latest Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X25 SoC.
This teaser which revealed the SoC of the Redmi Pro was shared by Lei Jun, CEO, Xiaomi on his Weibo account. In the same teaser, the Redmi Pro was introduced as the new flagship from Xiaomi. It also stated that the new deca-core smartphone will sport an OLED display.
In an earlier report, we had told you about the camera details of this device, however, this is the first feature of the Redmi Pro to be officially unveiled by Xiaomi, earlier rumours speculated that it will sport a metal unibody design, dual rear cameras, a fingerprint sensor which is expected to feature on the home button and will come in two RAM variants- 3 GB RAM and 4 GB RAM and above all Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
In yet another related news Lei Jun, CEO Xiaomi has confirmed that the company has already shipped 1.5 million units of the earlier released Mi Max phablet.
