Xiaomi Mi5s is in the news for past couple of weeks, just the other day we read that the device will ditch the fingerprint sensor on the home button and instead it features under Glass Qualcomm’s Ultrasonic Sensor, and also most of the device’s specifications leaked out, thanks to various listings and benchmarks. But one thing that was missing so far is the image of the device giving the details about the design.
To fill that void, an image of the device surfaced on Weibo the other day giving away the design details. If you have a look at design, it just reminds you about Xiaomi Mi5 with one possible design change is the fingerprint sensor which looks entirely different from Mi 5. However, when such images surface it is advisable to take them with a pinch of salt.
To remind you, the Mi5s sports a 5.15-inches Quad HD display (2560 x 1440 pixels) display with 3D touch feature and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC clocked at 2.5GHz Quad-Core processor with Adreno 530 GPU. It packs a massive 6GB LPDDR4 RAM and 256GB internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow right out of the box.
Going by the frequency of leaks and rumors, the company might launch the Mi 5s pretty soon, and we will bring out more details on the same.
