Xbox One Backward Compatibility has two new tittles added in the list of free games. The games are added by Microsoft just after the recent Games With Gold release.
The two new games added are Army of Two and Soltrio Solitaire. The players can now access both of these games along with others free of cost. Microsoft made the announcement of the two new titles on Windows Central Official Website. More news is expected soon.
Xbox CEO Phil Spencer has further teased about another big reveal that is expected to hit the console soon. The oncoming big title is Phil Spencer’s own favorite one. Spencer stated with news break that
“One of my most anticipated is coming in the next few weeks, some good one’s teed up. <no comment on BO2>.”
This sound like the month of March is going to be an amazing one that’s ending with some really strong titles. However, it’s still unclear about the names of the games that are going to be released for Xbox One Backward Compatibility.
As a wild guess, the most suitable candidate to land as the big release can be Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. However, there is no confirmation and it’s highly unlikely that we’ll be getting any more news until 30th of March.
Microsoft usually launches new backward Compatibility titles every Tuesday and Thursdays. So, we’ll have to wait until then to see what other titles are going to be added in Backward Compatibility.
The news of two new titles added to Backward Compatibility landed just after the latest Games with Gold release. The GwG fans will now also have access to games such as Ryse: Son of Rome, The Walking Dead Season 2, Darksiders, and Assassin’s Creed Revelations.
Darksiders will remain part of the GwG and will be available for download from April 1 to April 15. Similarly, Assassin’s Creed will be available from 16th of April to April 30.
According to Microsoft’s policy, all the Games with Gold titles will be available to play on Xbox One as part of the Backward Compatibility program. This was confirmed recently be Microsoft.
So all the fans will now be treating themselves with two new backward Compatibility games as well as all the GwG titles. Hopefully, in near future, we’ll see more fantastic titles becoming part of the BC.
