Microsoft has decided to delay the release of Windows 10 Mobile build this week because of a cellular data bug. The company has although promised that a new version is on its way and will be made available very soon.
Although, Microsoft has kept mum on the upcoming build, but Plaffo has published new screenshots which suggest that Microsoft is giving particular emphasis on its Edge app. Microsoft has been trying continuously to improve the Edge browser on its desktop version by bringing extensions as the latest and most important addition to its default Windows 10 browser. Some tweaks should be made available on the Windows mobile version as well.
Screenshots show that many other small changes have also been brought in this update. New options like ‘sort favorites’, ‘Go forward’, etc. have been added to the Edge browser. ‘Go forward’ option helps the users to quickly reload a previously visited website. These improvements are very small, but they are sure to enhance the user experience on the Windows 10 Mobile.
Microsoft had confirmed last year that it was planning to bring extensions for the Edge on mobile devices too, but this feature will be first made available on PCs through the Anniversary Update during this summer. Microsoft will then only focus on providing browser extensions on the Windows 10 Mobile. So sit tight.
