The latest build available for Windows 10 Mobile Insiders is 14295, but a new update is expected before the end of next week as the build conference ended yesterday, and Microsoft shall return to regular update cycle.
At the build conference, Lumia 950 XL was spotted running Windows 10 Mobile Build 14310, which indicates this might be the next release for insiders on the fast ring. Though there isn’t any news from Microsoft regarding the new build, the company is expected to introduce a new Redstone preview version sometime next week for both PCs and mobile devices. Along with that, there will be another update of 10586 build for devices not supported by the Windows 10 Mobile upgrade.
The build number 14310 for Windows 10 Mobile has already been documented on BuildFeed and it was first spotted 6 days ago. Now, that the same build was spotted at the conference, there is less doubt that it will be the same build releasing to insiders next week.

Windows 10 Mobile Redstone update now known as Anniversary update is expected to hit consumers PCs and mobiles sometime this summer. There will be significant improvements to browsers, action center and many other aspects of Windows 10 with this update.
