This is a beta release, hence no changelog has been made available. Following is the changelog from the previous update for the WhatsApp Messenger app.
-When placing a WhatsApp call, you can now quickly leave a voice message if your call isn’t answered, just like voicemail.
-Missed calls now show up in chats.
