Uncharted 4: Survival is a wave-based mode. You and up to two additional friends can take on swarms of increasingly powerful enemies and unique objectives. Furthermore, it has new enemy types and powerful new bosses as well as a dedicated progression system and expansive upgradable arsenal. Survival is all about strategy, camaraderie, and skill. Furthermore, two maps have been confirmed via Twitter. Prison and Uncharted 2’s Train Wreck will arrive for PvP as well.

Imagine the Henry Avery boss fight. Assuming you fight every pirate captain who was a part of the Gunsway Heist, Avery might be the final boss, which would sound like an epic fight. This mode easily beats the other co-op modes in 2 and 3. Also, the heavy weapon in the trailer is actually not a new gun from multiplayer. It was in the story mode so they basically added the heavy machine gun to multiplayer which is pretty cool.
We’re hoping that when you beat a Survival game, you get 300-500 relics at least, so attaining chests become so much easier besides just doing missions. When it comes to multiplayer on the PS4, Naughty Dogs knows how to tackle it. Uncharted MP has strategy to some degree. Mostly with team-based modes like Bounty Hunter and the upcoming Co-Op Survival. Uncharted 2 MP probably had the most solo strategic style, barebones multiplayer, you had to use what you have smartly. The Last of Us MP was a great one in bringing smarter/patient players together.
