Ulefone is among the Chinese firms that are bridging the gap between functionality and affordability. Best-known for its Ulefone Be Touch 2, Ulefone has now announced its newest smartphone, the Ulefone Paris. As the title implies, this one is created with flair and style in mind.
When it comes to the specifications, the Ulefone Paris will have a 5-inch screen with a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The phone features 2GB of RAM and is processed by a 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 octa-core central processing unit. As far as storage is concerned, the Ulefone Paris has 16GB of native storage, but does also provide the option to expand it up to 32GB via microSD card. As for the camera, the Paris adorns a 13-megapixel back snapper along with a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter. The smartphone is driven by a 2,250 mAh battery and boots Android 5.1 out-of-the-box.
With regards to connectivity, the Ulefone Paris offers Bluetooth 4.0, Global Positioning System, dual SIM with 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB. When it comes to band compatibility, the phone works with 2G (GSM) 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, 3G (WCDMA) 850/900/1900/2100 MHz and 4G (FDD-LTE) 800/1800/2100/2600 MHz.
All in all, the Ulefone Paris may not be at the high end of specifications, but is nevertheless an apparatus that is very decent. However, what will make it more appealing will be a mid-range price, and we hope the company will not disappoint us in this regard. The phone is currently in a pre-order status, and can be pre-ordered for $169.99 through various online retailers. For the time being, Everbuying is offering the handset at the best price of just $129.99.
When you factor that cost into the equation, the Ulefone Paris looks much more rewarding and seems like the perfect mid-range phone with the ideal features. So, anyone pre-ordering it yet?
