The closed multiplayer beta version of The Division was first launched on January 28, 2016 for Xbox One and is now available on PlayStation 4 and PC. The beta ends on all three platforms by the end of January 2016, and the full version of The Division should arrive on March 8, 2016 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

The Division’ Beta Released, But With Problems

Ubisoft has also announced that it will release three paid expansion packs and multiple free updates for the game throughout 2016.

Problems for Steam Users

This quick release of the beta was reported to have some problems for stream users when trying to access it.

Developers have reported in the Ubisoft forums that they are aware of the problem facing Steam players who try to get into The Division’s beta and they are working on it so that the beta version will be up and running in a short time.

“We’ve noticed on the forums that some Steam players are unable to access the beta for Tom Clancy’s The Division. We are actively reaching out to Steam to resolve the issue and will keep you updated as we know more.” “Thank you for your patience and understanding.” the developer said.

We will keep you in the loop as new information is revealed. If you are also facing the issues on any of these platforms, do let us know.
