Sprint is currently in the procedure for pushing out the upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollipop for both the Samsung Galaxy Note edge and Galaxy Note 3.
In both instances, the upgrades are rolling out over the air, which means you should be notified by your handset when it is able to download and install. It can take several days to reach all of the devices, as software updates are rolled out in stages.
On the Galaxy Note 3, the update brings all the excitement of Lollipop and will run the new build N900PVPUEOC5. In case of the Galaxy Note Edge update, there are some unnamed Wi-Fi calling improvements are bundled along with “factory reset protection”. It will run the build N915PVPU0AOC8 after applying the update.
