Sony has released the recently announced Xperia C5 Ultra Dual in India. Available in black, white, and glossy soft mint colours, the phone is priced at Rs. 29,990, and is available for purchase starting today. If you are single-SIM user, sadly, the company has launched only dual-SIM variant in the country.
Targeting selfie obsessed generation, the phone sports a 13MP back and front cameras with Sony’s Exmor RS sensor and LED flash. The phone has several camera tools including, video stabiliser, 25mm wide-angle lens (back) with an 80-degree field of view, FHD video recording, auto scene recognition, image stabiliser, 4x digital zoom, geotagging, and red-eye reduction.
The Android 5.0 Lollipop-based Xperia C5 Ultra Dual comes with a 64-bit MediaTek (MT6752) SoC with an octa-core 1.7GHz processor, paired with 2 gig of RAM, and ARM Mali-760 GPU. The smartphone features 16GB of onboard space, which can be expanded up to 200GB with a microSD card. A 2,930mAh battery powers the handset.
Unlike Sony‘s other mid-ranged smartphones, the Xperia C5 Ultra lacks dust and water protection. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, NFC, GPS with A-GPS, and microUSB. It measures 164.2×79.6×8.2mm and weighs 187g.
