Sony has launched yet another affordable wireless headset in India. The new Sports Bluetooth In-ear Headphones are the new addition in its MDR range. The Sony MDR-XB50BS Extra Bass Wireless In-ear Headphones are priced at Rs 5,490. These come in three color options – Black, Red, and Blue.
The Sony MDR-XB50BS is aimed at fitness enthusiasts. The Bluetooth In-ear Headphones sport Splash-proof IPX4 design for all-weather use. They come with Arc supporters that keep the headphones securely in place. The Sports headphones are designed for demanding exercises and workout routines. The headphones weigh approx. 22g (without Arc Supporters).
The Sony MDR-XB50BS headphones claim to offer up to 8.5 hours of music playback time. They allow hands-free calling with HD voice support via its built-in microphone. The right-hand side earpiece comes with the volume rockers keys that also allows you to change tracks as well. While another button offers power on/off, play/pause and calls receive/end functionalities. The wireless headphones sport 12mm (Dome Type) driver unit and have a 4 Hz-24,000 Hz frequency response. The approximate charge time is 2.5 hours.
The Sony MDR-XB50BS Extra Bass Wireless In-ear Headphones come with a USB a cable, long hybrid silicone rubber earbuds (SS, S, M, L x 2), and Arc Supporters(S, M, L x 2) in the box.
