Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge are all set to receive a new camera interface and features through Android 5.1 Lollipop. Both the devices are expected to receive the upgrade by June.
The 16MP camera will now be able to capture images in RAW format. This format unlike JPEG will allow the camera to capture all image data recorded by sensor with no compression. Both Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will get a simplified Pro Mode and Shutter Speed control
Like a functionality offered by Apple’s iPhone camera app wherein exposure levels of the image clicked can be controlled by finger gestures, there will be a similar feature upgrade expected in the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge
