Samsung recently confirmed the launch event of its latest flagship smartphone Galaxy S6 as well as Galaxy S6 edge for Indian marketplace. But the company has made sure it does not let owners of last year’s flagship phone, Galaxy S5, by rolling out the Android Lollipop upgrade for the apparatus.
A tipster to SamMobile has confirmed for the roll-out of new update to Galaxy S5 (G900H) devices. The OTA update comes in 874MB package, which brings a fresher TouchWiz UI, functionality and stability improvements besides improved battery life.
The OTA update can take up to few days to reach all devices. You will get a notification when a update is available for your device build number. Alternatively, you can also check manually via Settings>About device>Software update.
