The Samsung Galaxy J2, which was recently imported to India for testing, has now visited the GFXBench bechmark site. Though GFXBench do not reveal all the details but it is better to get something than nothing. According to listing, the Galaxy J2 will have a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1 gig of RAM, and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS. The existence of 4.7 inch display was already leaked in the import details.
Other rumored specs suggests that Galaxy J2 will come with a display resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, 8GB of internal storage with microSD card support, an 8 megapixel rear camera, and a 2 megapixel front unit.
Samsung Galaxy J2 will be the 5th smartphone in J-series, which came into existence with the launch of Galaxy J1 followed by Galaxy J1 4G, Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7.
It is not confirmed when the phone will be announced, but hopefully it should not take much time from this point onwards. Till then take the specs with a pinch of salt.
