Samsung Galaxy E5 and Galaxy E7 were declared on January 6 at CES 2015 and the primary marketplace to get the mid-ranged pair was India. Both mobiles resembles to the A series line, though instead of metal, polycarbonate is used on them.

Samsung Galaxy E5 sports a 5 inch 720p Super AMOLED display and is powered by the Snapdragon 410 chip using a 64-bit quad core 1.2GHz Cortex A53 central processing unit. The other specifications includes an 8 MegaPixels back and a 5 MegaPixels front camera, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB expandable storage, dual-SIM functionality and a 2,400 mAh battery.

Further, Galaxy E5 could not achieve latest Android Lollipop and run on Kitkat. It is priced at INR 19,300 in India. Russia is the next marketplace now to supply the Galaxy E5. The phone popped up for EUR270 or RUB 19,990 on Samsung’s official shop.

The Galaxy E5 will go on sale on January 23 in Russia. We anticipate more markets to follow suit soon.
