Recently Sony Xperia’s official twitter account sent out a tweet talking about the launch of a new phone on 3rd August. If the online rumours doing the rounds are to believed, the concerned phone will most likely be the Sony Xperia C5 Ultra.
As seen in the image above, the choice of words clearly indicate at a brand new brilliant camera in the Xperia ecosystem. “Focus closely now” might mean an improved auto-focus module. “New way to capture split-second photos” also hints in the same direction. Sony , though hasn’t officially released any details about the phone’s features and prices.
A day ago a French website posted photos of a smartphone which according to it is the fabled Xperia C5 Ultra. Earlier leaks also suggested that the phone will ship with a 5.5 inch full HD display and be powered by a 64-bit MediaTek MT6752 SoC on-board. The device is expected to be armed with two 13 MP cameras aided by the Sony IMX230 sensors (also seen on Moto X Style).
