The latest leak in the world of smartphones happens to be that of Sony Xperia XA successor. Sony launched the Xperia XA smartphone in February 2016. Featuring the Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 chipset with octa-core CPU and Mali-T860MP2, the phone comes with 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 13MP primary camera and 8MP front camera. Sony is planning to release the successor of this feature-rich phone and the leaks about the Sony Xperia XA successor are already doing rounds on the internet.
Xperia XA Successor Leaks
So far, there have been many rumors and leaks around the Xperia XA successor. The leaked images show a box type of design on the front. From an initial glance at the leaked images, it looks like the phone is sleek and elegant. The one in the image is black in color. The image also reveals another interesting feature of the successor – the almost bezel-less display. With many smartphone manufacturers going for bezel-less displays, it will be no surprise if Sony releases the next smartphone with this feature. The images also show a USB Type C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The phone is expected to sport a 2GB RAM. Other leaks hint at a 5-inch device measuring 145×66.8×7.99mm. The phone is expected to feature a Snapdragon 820 chip. Considering that there are already Sony Xperia Edge concept phones that feature bezel-less display, Sony Xperia XA successor is highly likely to sport a bezel-less design.
