Motorola is all set to launch the Moto G4 Play in India on September 6th. The phone is touted to be the most affordable Moto G smartphone ever. The device was introduced back in May, and now the company has officially posted that it will be available in India from September 6th exclusively via Amazon India, although the pricing is not revealed, so it remains to be seen how the company would price the device.

The Moto G4 Play sports a 5-inches HD (1280 X 720) display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC chipset with 1.4GHz Quad-Core 64-bit processor with Adreno 306 GPU. It has 2GB of RAM coupled with 16GB native internal storage with a dedicated microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 128GB.
In the camera department, the device flaunts an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture; it can record Full HD 1080p videos and on the front, there is a 5-megapixel camera with a f/2.2 aperture for better low-light selfies and video chats. The Moto G4 Play runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow right out of the box and is backed by a 2800mAh battery with Quick Charge support. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Dual SIM, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, and GPS. The phone measures 144.4 x 72 x 8.95-9.9 mm and weighs in at 137g.
