Nintendo is making a new mythical Pokémon available every month, and this month, it’s Celebi’s turn!
Celebi will be available in Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire from March 1st to March 24th. To get this mythical Pokémon, load up the Mystery Gift option on the main menu and visit a Pokémon Center after to collect it.
Celebi is a Psychic/Grass type Pokémon, first introduced all the way back in Pokémon Gold and Silver. Described as a “Time Travel Pokémon”, the Pokémon will be level 100, and knows Confusion, Recover, Safeguard and Heal Bell. Keep an eye on the dates above so you don’t miss the opportunity!
Next month in April, expect to find Jirachi, a Steel/Psychic mythical Pokémon originally introduced in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, and described as a “Wish Pokémon”. Back in February, the mythical Pokémon given away was Mew, the mythical Pokémon from Red and Blue, the first games in the series.
