Instead it enhances your Pokemon experience by providing you valuable information on the fly. Pokemon GO Plus will release next week on September 16th and will cost around $35. That’s actually a lot to demand for a gadget whose purpose is to give you an extra edge over other players. Pokemon GO Plus compatibility for both Android and iOS devices
The device is compatible with iPhone 5 / 5c / 5s / SE / 6 / 6s / 6 Plus / 6s Plus devices with iOS Ver. 8–9 installed. For Android, it is compatible with Android devices that have 2 GB RAM or more with Android Ver. 4.4–6.0 installed. Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth Ver. 4.0 or higher) is required to use Pokémon GO Plus.
Pokemon GO Plus will give you Pokestop alerts
The device is shaped like a Pokeball map marker. It has a LED right in the middle which will blink and the whole device will vibratewhen you will be close to a Pokestop. Press the Pokémon GO Plus button to search the PokéStop for items. If you find any items, swipe or tap them to add them to your inventory.
Pokemon GO will also alert you if a Pokemon is nearby and let you catch it with the press of a button!
This life-saving feature is a must, considering how much your mobile’s battery could drain while you search for a Pokemon for hours on end. You can also catch a Pokemon using this device. Once a Pokemon is near, press the button on Pokemon GO Plus to release a Pokeball. However, you’ll only be able to throw a Poké Ball using Pokémon GO Plus if you’ve caught the Pokémon before.

This is recommended in order to obtain accurate information so the device can give location information about Pokestop and Pokemon properly.
