Park Bo Gum, the South Korean actor, has gained critical acclaim and praise with his diverse range of roles in film and television, most notably as psychopathic lawyer in Hello Monster (2015), a genius Go player in Reply 1988 (2015) and Joseon’s Crown Prince Lee Yeong in Love in the Moonlight (2016). He was also recently roped in to host the glittery, star-studded 2016 KBS Drama Awards.
Park Bo Gum Embarking On Asian Fan Meeting Tour
Park Bo Gum is all set to embark on an Asian Fan Meeting Tour soon. He will visit Jakarta, Indonesia and Mecima Pro. In Jakarta, Park Bo Gum will be seen stopping at The Kasablanka Hall, Kota Kasablanka on January 13. If you are near Jakarta around the 13th of Jan, this would be a great opportunity to meet the Love in the Moonlight star. But if you aren’t able to catch the star during his Asian Fan Meeting Tour, you can at least get a sneak-peek into his mind.

What songs do you currently like right now?
I’m listening to “Last Dance” by BIGBANG nowadays.
What are some acting roles you want to try in the future?
If I get a chance, I would like to try as many characters as possible. I want to try teen romance, before I get too old. Since I wore many beautiful hanboks in “Moonlight Drawn By Clouds,” how about I show the beauty of Korean school uniforms in my next project? (laugh) And I want to try a music-inspired project, like the film “Begin Again” or “Sing Street.”
Who would you say is your acting role model, or an actor that inspires you?
I believe every person I meet through each project is a role model. I learn not only acting skills but also life wisdom through them.
Do you have anything that you’d like to say to your international fans?
Even though I have never officially worked in any other countries, thank you so much for loving and supporting me. I am more than grateful to have a chance to meet my fans through this Asia Tour. I hope to make beautiful memories for all of us. Stay healthy, and I hope you will have many happy events in your lives.
