The Oppo R7s is going to be released soon in Europe and the U.S, and the phone carries excellent upper mid-range specs. However, if all the rumors surrounding Oppo are to be believed, then the company might be working on launching a more meatier version of the R7s soon.

The Oppo R7s Plus, as it is being so aptly called, has passed through TENAA and shows some serious improvements in specs. The display has become a bit larger and flaunts a 6-inch real estate now, but still carries the 1080p resolution instead of Quad HD. It gets the same octa-core Snapdragon 615 SoC and 4GB of RAM, but rumors suggest the possibility of a MediaTek MT6795 chip. Similarly like the R7s, the Oppo R7s Plus gets a 13MP/8MP camera combo, and also houses a fingerprint sensor at the rear.
Another appreciable improvement is the larger 4,100mAh battery, which might also get the company’s VOOC fast-charging technology. A release date for the phone is not known yet, but it could be price around $517. Any takers?
