Nokia until now was only running Android 7.1.1, but now it seems the brand is gradually firming its feet into latest Oreo with its upcoming Nokia 9 smartphone. A recent GFXBench surprisingly has listed the device to reveal that it would operate on Android 8.0 Oreo.
However, the company still has not released any confirmation on the release of Nokia 9. It is believed that everything depends on the process of working to make the device preinstalled with Oreo update.
Previous rumors suggest that the phone will feature 5-5 to 5.7-inch display along with 6/8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. However, the leaked GFXBench listing suggests that the phone will come 5.3″ display, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage.
In the camera department, the flagship phone is expected to bring a dual camera with two lenses placed vertically with the Carl Zeiss branding. It will have both 12-megapixel primary camera and another 12-megapixel front camera. Touchscreen with at least 5 fingers gesture support for display, Octa core 2.4 GHz CPU and Qualcomm Adreno 540 GPU will be the new device’s features.
