Google’s Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X had received an exciting launch and are selling good in the market. However, it seems that some owners of these phones are facing issues after updating to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Reportedly, the display of the phones started showing washed out colors. While this was worrying a lot of users, Google has thankfully found the root of the problem and a fix for this bug is already being made.
As it turned out to be, the washed-out appearance of the display was caused by a software-related bug and not because of any defect in the screen. This means that a simple software update can solve the problem and Google need not recall all the phones and frustrate users even more.
As reported by AndroidAuthority, Google is working on solving the problem and will push out the update soon. So in case you have bought the Huawei Nexus 6P or the LG Nexus 5X and are facing the washed-out colors bug in your phone after updating to Marshmallow, just wait for the update and everything will be alright.
