‘Nexian’ is the international smartphone brand launched by Spice Mobiles, and the company has now announced the official launch of Nexian in India. In a partnership with Flipkart, the Nexian NV-45 smartphone has been put on sale for INR 3,799.
CEO of Spice Mobiles, Amandeep Singh, said about the launch, “India has the world’s largest youth population who are forever seeking great technology products at pocket friendly prices. Catering to this need of young consumers, we are pleased to launch the internationally successful smartphone brand Nexian in India, which will be exclusively available online on Flipkart for our young consumers.”
The Nexian NV-45 is a pretty low-end beginners’ phone that runs the now-outdated Android 4.4.2 KitKat. The dual-SIM phone offers a 4.5-inch 480×854 Dragontrail glass display with a pixel density of 218ppi. Under the hood is a Spreadtrum (SPRD7731) 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB onboard expandable storage.
Talking about camera specifications, the Nexian NV-45 comes with a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 3.2MP front camera. The phone is 3G-enabled and is juiced by a 1650mAh battery.
