The wait is finally over for all of you waiting for the first GeForce GTX 1080 Ti with an all-in-one cooling solution as MSI earlier this week announced the MSI GTX 1080 Ti SEA HAWK.

As you would expect, there are two models — the Sea Hawk X featuring higher clock speeds that ensure an almost 60MHz faster performance than the other variant. As for the design, the two cards are virtually inseparable from one another.

Diving into the details, MSI has equipped the GTX 1080 Ti Sea Hawk with a brand new cooler shroud. Although, no changes were made to the backplate and it remains the same as the one on the GTX 1080 Sea Hawk.

Not only that, looks like the radiator fan didn’t undergo any changes either. That would mean that we are looking at the same custom Corsair H55 AIO cooler featured by the GTX 1080/1070 series. The card is making use of a reference-based PCB with the sole exception being the extra DVI-D port.

Just in case you have been waiting for MSI’s liquid cooled GTX 1080 Ti l with water block, the wait is going to prolong further till the Sea Hawk EK variant launches. MSI has not yet revealed when it plans to release the Sea Hawk EK version.

As for the newly announced cards, MSI has not shared any details regarding their price and availability, although we expect to see them hitting the store shelves really soon.
