Lenovo is all set to bring the Moto Z smartphone to India on October 4th. The company has started sending out Media invites for the launch. The Motorola Moto Z was initially introduced back during the Lenovo Tech World 2016. Let’s check out the specifications of the Motorola Moto Z in detail.
Moto Z Specifications and Features: The Motorola Moto Z sports a 5.5-inches Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) AMOLED Corning Gorilla Glass display with a pixel density of 535ppi. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC clocked at 2.2GHz Quad-Core processor with Adreno 530 GPU. The Moto Z packs a 4GB LPDDR4 RAM with 32GB / 64GB internal memory with a microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 2TB.
The phone will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box. Talking about the camera, the device features a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, OIS, Laser Autofocus, 1.12um pixel, and f/1.8 aperture. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel shooter with f/2.2 aperture, a Wide-Angle lens for better selfies and video calls. There is also a fingerprint sensor for extra security, front-ported loud speaker, and 4-Mics.
The Motorola Moto Z is a modular phone that has support for Mods that were also introduced along with the smartphone. These Moto Mods include a Moto Insta-Share Projector, JBL SoundBoost, Moto Shells, and instant Power Pack.
Connectivity features on Moto Z include 4G LTE (Cat 9)/3G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac 2.4 GHz + 5 GHz with MIMO, NFC and USB Type-C port. A 2600mAh battery with Turbo charging powers the handset.
