Motorola recently unveiled its two mid-range smartphones Moto G4 Plus and Moto G4. While the former went on sale last month, there was no news yet of the Moto G4. But it seems that the wait is finally over. Moto India took on to twitter to announce that the Moto G4 will go on sale starting June 22 and will be sold exclusively through Amazon India’s website.

For those who are unaware, Moto G4 is a slightly toned down version of the earlier released Moto G4 Plus. It doesn’t sport a fingerprint sensor unlike its bigger sibling and offers a smaller 2GB+16GB RAM and internal memory configuration. The rear camera also takes a hit from 16MP to 13MP. Apart from these differences, the rest remains almost same.

Moto G4 Plus

It sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a pixel density of 401ppi. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. The device packs a 3000mAh battery and features a 5MP front-facing camera, dual-SIM capability with 4G support and VoLTE connectivity.

The pricing of the device has also been finally revealed. The Moto G4 has been priced Rs.12,499 and will be available in white and black colour variants on the Amazon India website.  We’ll keep you updated with all the latest developments, till then stay tuned.
