Owned by Lenovo now, Moto is all set to launch two new and much-awaited smartphones of the year- Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus. A lot of leaks have already confirmed how the phones will look, and we also know some of the features and specs of the phone. Well, the phones are going to be launched today, but just before that, several photos of the Moto G4 Plus and its retail box have leaked out, also revealing the major specs and features.

In the gallery below, you can notice that the phone will indeed by called the Moto G4 Plus, and it gets the famous Batman-style Moto logo. There’s no “Moto by Lenovo” branding on the device as we would have expected. The rear of the retail boxback has got the Lenovo logo, and the screen protector covering the smartphone display gets the Moto G4 Plus branding, thus confirming the name again.

The retail box shows off the specs of the phone, which gets a fingerprint scanner on the Home button below the screen. The display is a 5.5-inch Full HD panel, and the phone is 4G LTE enabled. There’s 2GB RAM of RAM (there will be 3GB RAM variants too) and 32GB internal storage. The phone has got a 16MP rear camera with PDAF and laser AF along with a 5MP front camera. It is juiced by a 3000mAh battery coupled with TurboPower fast-charging. The device is expected to come with almost-stock Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

Today is 17th May, and Moto is holding events in India and Mexico to announce the Moto G4 and G4 Plus officially. So stay tuned and we’ll bring you the latest info as and when we get it.
