In case you live in the UK and are a Lumia fan, it is highly unlikely that you’re not waiting for the new Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950 XL to launch in the country. Well, the wait is coming to an end soon, as Microsoft has invited Windows Insiders to a launch event that will be held on 2nd December in Manchester and London. You can experience the new flagship Lumia phones running Windows 10 live at the event.
What’s more exciting is that Windows Insiders will be able to buy the 950 or 950 XL directly at the event. As a bonus for those buyers who purchase the phones at the event, Microsoft is giving them a free Microsoft Display Dock that can turn an external display into a PC. The launch event starts 18:00 local time.
The Microsoft Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL feature 1440p OLED screens, liquid cooling, USB Type-C, and Windows Continuum. The 950 XL gets a bigger 5.7 inch screen, while the 950 gets a smaller 5.2 inch one.
