Microsoft announced the Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL earlier this week, and starting today you can secure your favorite Windows flagship by pre-ordering the handsets. However, this is only possible if you are living in the UK.
Three online retailers now have them up for pre-order, and we are talking here about the pricing of unlocked SIM-free devices. The Lumia 950 can be pre-ordered for GBP474.99 at Expansys, GBP479.98 at Unlocked Mobiles, and GBP499.99 at Clove.
If you are looking for the bigger brother, the Lumia 950 XL, you will need to pay GBP529.98 at Unlocked Mobiles, GBP539.99 at Expansys, and GBP549.99 at Clove.
According to Unlocked Mobiles listing, the Lumia 950 and 950 XL will be released on December 2nd, while the Clove and Expansys didn’t mention anything about expected release date. Therefore, if you pre-order now, you will need to wait nearly two months for the handset. However, you will be sure to be among the first customers in the United Kingdom to hands-on the new Windows 10 based Lumia smartphones.
