After grabbing our attention with its flagship Lumia 950 XL, Microsoft now wants to offer something much more affordable. We are talking about the Microsoft Lumia 650, which has been leaking out every now and then, and we also know that the phone is in the pipeline for a launch soon. A new real life image of the Windows phone has leaked out, thus confirming the design we saw in the previous leaks.
As you can see in the image, the phone has been photographed at an angle, and there’s no doubt about its real life existence. The metal frame around the phone can be easily noticed, and we can see it running what seems to be Windows 10. However, the specs under the hood are not so exciting.
It was earlier rumored that the Microsoft Lumia 650 would carry the Snapdragon 212 SoC. However, the new leak also says that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 210. For those who don’t know, the 212 is clocked at 1.3GHz, while the 210 is clocked at 1.1GHz. The phone carries 1GB of RAM and sports a 5-inch HD screen. It is juiced by a 2,000mAh battery, which does not seem enough at all.
As far as the latest details tell us, the Lumia 650 will get an inferior chipset and a smaller battery as compared to the Lumia 640. However, the metal frame might be a reason to upgrade.
