The Korean electronics giant LG will be launching its latest flagship phone – LG G4, in Canada on June 19. The Wind Mobile has confirmed the date via its official Twitter account. There is no word on the price yet, however, #TryLGG4 campaign indicates that the device will retail at $699.99 and earlier leak for India launch suggests INR 50,000 ($785).

The Wind Mobile also confirmed that they will not be taking the pre-orders for this handset.


In terms of specs, the LG G4 is equipped with 5.5-inch QHD IPS display with a pixel density of 538ppi. Powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 808 chip, the G4 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box, and packs enhanced 3GB DDR4 RAM. Other specs includes, a 16MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture lens, an 8MP selfie shooter with f/2.0, and a 3,000mAh battery.

The LG G4 will be available at Telus, Wind, Rogers, Videotron, and Bell in ceramic “metallic grey” and “black” genuine leather versions.
