Last month we reported that the LG G4 and LG G3 are the first smartphones from the Korean company to taste the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow update. The former has already been updated with the new OS version, while the latter is scheduled for mid of the next month, more specifically between December 16 and 18.
The news originated from the Poland, which refers a tweet by an LG Poland executive, and notes that the Marshmallow update for the LG G3 is already ready to start. According to the report, the update for the LG G3 will first start in Poland, followed by other countries; similar to the LG G4 update.
For those who are not aware of the specs, the LG G3 features a 5.5-inch 2K display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 chipset, 2GB/3GB of RAM, 13MP/2.1MP camera setup, and a 3,000mAh battery.
