While most of the launch news revolve around smartphones, LG has taken our attention to a new mid-range tablet offering dubbed LG G Pad IV 8.0 FHD. Long name, isn’t it? First up, as the name suggests, it sports an 8-Inch Full HD IPS display panel with 1920 X 1200 pixels resolution. The tablet is powered by 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 octa-core chipset with 2 Gigs of RAM and 32 GB internal storage. You can expand the memory up to 2 TB via micro-SD card. There are two 5 MP shooters, one on the back, and one on the front. As for the software side is concerned, the tablet boots Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

LG G Pad IV measures 216.2 x 127.0 x 6.9 mm and tips the weighing scale at 290 grams. LG is stressing on the lightness of the device, and targeting the same to young kids and women.

Pricing and Availability
