We’ll get to the pricing in a while, but first, let’s talk about the refresh rate. The Lenovo Y27F features a refresh rate of 144Hz to not only eliminate that dreaded screen tearing issue, but it will also reduce the input lag. The curved aspect of the gaming monitor has been designed to provide a more immerse experience to gamers out there.

Li Jun Su, Executive Director and General Manager of Visuals BU, PC & Smart Device Business Group, Lenovo had nothing but praise for the gaming monitor:

“Our latest monitor, the Lenovo Y27f Curved Gaming Monitor, is optimized for gaming. AMD FreeSync technology along with a fast 144 Hz refresh rate eliminates screen tearing, and minimizes display stutter, input lag and motion blur to display more natural movement. Combined with full high definition 1920 x 1080 resolution and the most extreme curved display to date, the monitor provides our customers with the smoothest possible gaming and a great experience.”

There are other features that you might be interested in. The Lenovo Y27F comes with a wide range of USB ports, HDMI as well as DisplayPort and the color combination is definitely a ‘game ready’ example that the monitor has been designed for hardcore gamers. Unfortunately, it’s the price that might put off some of the guys. For a $399 price tag, it isn’t the cheapest monitor to purchase, and its resolution limit of 1080p might be a deal breaker for users who want to play at the 4K resolution.
