Apple is already expected to launch or unveil the iPhone 7 in September 9 if earlier rumors are to be believed plus reports are now claiming that it will ship with Bluetooth earbuds.
Earlier reports have claimed that the iPhone 7 would be ditching the standard 3.5mm headphone jack almost all smartphones use. However, subsequent leaks have also claimed that one variant that will carry a headphone jack.
YouTube channel Unbox Therapy has also recently posted a video showing an iPhone 7 Plus mockup. The video showed the new iPhone mockup with a new blue color that is not present in the entire product line of the Cupertino-based tech giant.
iPhone 7 Plus to Feature Larger Screen, No Headphone Jack
Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus could be launching with a larger 5.5-inch screen plus the dual lens camera, Forbes has learned. In addition, the video has also showed there is no 3.5mm jack present which could confirm the rumors.
With iOS 10 public beta already out, Apple’s iPhone 7 is already expected to ship with its final version. Apple’s new iOS 10 version contains new features that users will love including performance bug fixes and improvements over the previous iOS 9.3 versions.
Apple could also be shipping their own Bluetooth wireless earbuds with the iPhone 7 in September, BGR reported. Sources have also claimed that the company will call them as Apple Earpods but there is no evidence yet.
Audiophiles who already purchased a $200 headphone will be frustrated if Apple does really ditch the headphone jack on the new iPhone. Apple could still milk their fanbase by selling the newly branded wireless earphones with technology from their Beats acquisition.
Several of the iPhone 7 leaks have proven to be believable at best especially the ones with videos and photos. However, Apple still has to confirm all of the specs which is speculated to be done on September.
