Intex Technologies has extended its new Aqua series range by launching the Intex Aqua Ace smartphone for Rs 12,999. This is a great progress in the Indian smartphone market for Intex and they are growing like never before. The new device Aqua Ace has some great specifications and is currently available in black and white color variants.
It features a 5-inch Super AMOLED HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS display along with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The phone gets powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit octa-core processor paired with a Mali-T720 GPU and 3GB of DDR3 RAM. The latest Android Lollipop Operating system is already present and the device packs a reasonable 2,300 mAh Li-Polymer removable battery which as per the company can give up to 6 hrs of continuous talk time and an astonishing standby time of 250-300 hrs.
When it comes to the internal storage the Intex device houses 16GB of internal memory which can be further expandable up to 128GB through a microSD card. A sublime 13MP front camera adds charm to the phone coupled with a 5MP front one. The additional face detection, gesture capture, takes a photo while recording, voice capture, panorama, Mira vision features bring the device to the elite league of phones.
As far as the connectivity is concerned it supports both 4G and 3G in the form of dual sims, Bluetooth support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS. The handset measures 145×71.7×6.7 mm and weighs 121.5 gms. In the form of goodies, Intex is offering a complimentary bag pack, a sensor based flip cover and a year’s warranty on screen damage. There are also some pre-loaded games for amusement. It includes games like Spiderman, all Star Cricket Free, Bubble Bash, and Danger Dash and built in apps like YouTube, Play Store, Play Newsstand, Play Music, Play Movies, Play Books and so on.
