Google Nexus will strike back in the market with two variations which have kept the rumor mill buzzing in last few months. The two upcoming devices will be from two different manufacturers i.e. Huawei will introduce a 5.7” phablet whereas LG will introduce a 5.2” phone. The most striking and common thing between these devices is the availability of speakers on the front side of the device and a fingerprint reader on the flip side, not to miss there is a USB Type C connector also.
The current leak has come from @onleaks which provides the dimesions of both the upcoming devices. However we have to wait for official confirmation on this, nevertheless the leaks made in past by our leakster havn’t put us in a tiff. According to the leak, LG made Nexus will measure 146.9 x 72.9 x 8/9.8mm while Huawei Nexus will measure 159.4 x 78.3 x 6.6/8.5mm.
It is interesting to note that the thickness of both the devices have got two numbers which probably means the devices will have a slight curve at the back like the Moto X where the smaller number represents the thickness at edges while the large one represents the thickness at the centre.
According to the images we can assume that the devices may have a slight protruding camera which could also be one of the reasons for dual thickness parameters. Not to forget that the current leak is made without images getting divulged out.
Also, it is expected that both the devices will have a metal body where Huawei Nexus will be an all aluminium body while the LG made Nexus is expected to have a metal frame only. Both the devices are touted to be released with latest Android M. Currently there is no more information on the batteries and cameras housing these devices, but we are pretty much sure the day is near when we will be able to share those details also.
