Big guns like Samsung, LG and Sony have already unveiled their flagships at the MWC, now it’s the turn of the Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC. All eyes are glued now to the successor of last year’s HTC One M9 or shall we just say HTC 10.

HTC 10

The official name of the device hasn’t been announced yet. Earlier rumours had suggested that the device would be named HTC Perfume. Recent leaks from @evleaks and @OnLeaks suggest that the upcoming HTC flagship will be called HTC 10. These leakers have also revealed some press renders and live pictures of this device along with the specs. The photos leaked by @evleaks clearly shows all the parts of the upcoming device.

The HTC 10 will reportedly be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor along with Adreno 530 GPU and 4 GB of RAM. It will have a 5.1-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display.

Other features include a USB Type-C port and a fingerprint sensor situated under the Home button. The much beloved HTC BoomSound will also be there along with Dolby Audio technology.

HTC hasn’t said anything about this device yet except for the fact that this device will have a ‘compelling’ camera. Leaks and rumours suggest a 12-megapixel rear shooter with f/1.9 aperture. We don’t have more details on the camera yet.

The device will be made available in 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB variants and will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC’s latest HTC Sense UI on top in all probability. We are very eagerly waiting for this device and we are still counting days before this device will be finally unveiled on April 11.
