343 Industries has released a new trailer for the Warzone Firefight mode for Halo 5: Guardians. In this new mode, which is still a few months away from launch, a team of eight players works together to deploy the best REQ cards they have to take out increasingly dangerous waves of foes across a variety of maps.
Warzone Firefight is one of the most requested and anticipated game modes for Halo 5: Guardians, so it’s not surprising to see a whole trailer dedicated to the mode. According to the developers, fan feedback will be taken into account. The game mode is expected to arrive in an update at some point in Summer, and it is likely that a large pack of REQ cards will also be offered in the game around the same time.
Meanwhile, Halo 5: Guardians is prepping for the free update Ghosts of Meridian, which has been delayed into early April. It will introduce a new map, Skirmish at Darkstar.
Halo 5: Guardians is available now exclusively on the Xbox One. Developed by 343 Industries, the game was released on October 27th, 2015. Rumours suggest that the next title in the Halo series might arrive next year.
