The first “Guardians of the Galaxy” movie landed more than two years ago and turned out to be a surprise and critical hit. The stars and the directors shot to fame with the film, and Marvel fans couldn’t stop talking about how funny and punchy the movie was. Two years later, we are now looking at the trailer of the sequel. The full “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” trailer is out now and is the center of excitement among Marvel fans.
“Guardians of the Galaxy 2” will certainly have more action, more adventure, and more amazing visuals. But most important of all, the trailer suggests that we will see some new faces in the story. All our favourite and familiar heroes are already there, including Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), and Drax (Dave Bautista). The trailer also shows Baby Groot, some toothy monsters, and some new characters that weren’t seen in the first movie.
And not just that, but fans are also waiting for a lot of questions to be answered. Will the Guardians defeat the bad guys while still keeping the team together? Will we get to hear some more ’70s soft-rock music like the “Hooka-chaka-hooka-hooka” track from the last movie? But perhaps the most awaited one-liners are those that Ricker Raccoon will be using.
The teaser and the trailer do not go too deep into the plot of the sequel, but whatever we saw in the “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” trailer was funny enough. Considering that along with the number of funny instances in the first movie, we’re sure that the sequel is going to have more humorous scenes and dialogues than the first film. We especially liked that moment in the trailer where Rocket Raccoon is seen trying to teach Baby Groot about detonating a nuclear bomb properly.
If you want to know about the “Guardians of the Galaxy 2” plot, you will have to wait for the movie to release on 5th May, 2017. Director James Gunn has already mentioned that the Marvel team is purposely keeping the plot of the movie a secret until its official release. We’re sure the sequel will not disappoint at all.
