Google Text-to-speech allows you to interact to your phone via audio and not text. It is an accessibility option that reads out the text for you. Well, the Google Text-to-speech engine has received a new update, and the version number has been bumped up to 3.8.13 (210308131). The Google Text-to-speech Engine 3.8.13 APK file weighs 17.58 MB and is compatible with devices running Android 4.4 KitKat and above.
