The Google Nexus 5X is soon rumored to get replaced by the upcoming Nexus 2016 Sailfish smartphone in the last quarter of this year. Retailers are now offering massive discounts on Nexus 5X in order to clear its stock and make way for its successor. On eBay, a reseller is offering the Nexus 5X with a huge discount of $180.

The unlocked 16 GB Google Nexus 5X was launched with a pricing of $379 in October last year. However, its price was consistently reduced officially from the start of this year. Now, a reseller named mobilepros1 with a feedback score of 97.9 percent is selling the smartphone with a discount of $180 compared to its launch price.

The product page shows that the seller is shipping the smartphone to wide range of market across the world. However, it has not specified a shipping method to India. The 16 GB Nexus 5X available on eBay is only available in Quartz color. The other color editions of Carbon and Ice have gone out of stock.

The Google Nexus 5X is packed with a 5.2-inch AMOLED screen that supports full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Snapdragon 808 chipset and 2 GB of RAM. It comes in two storage options of 16 GB and 32 GB.

It comes preloaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and now that the Android 7.0 Nougat update has been officially released, it will be one of the first smartphones to get the latest Android software.

It has a rear camera of 12.3-megapixel and a selfie snapper of 5-megapixel. The rear shooter is enabled with dual-LED flash. The smartphone also features a fingerprint scanner and a USB Type-C port. It is fitted with a battery of 2,700 mAh capacity.

Nexus 2016 rumors indicate that the Google Nexus 2016 Sailfish smartphone will be coming with a 5-inch full HD display. Its specs will include Snapdragon 820 chipset, 4 GB of storage, 32 GB of storage, 13-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front camera, fingerprint scanner, Android N OS, and a USB Type-C port.
