Samsung being the largest smartphone manufacturer in the world beside Apple, we expect the South Korean giant to release the latest updates for its smartphones quickly. However, it’s been a lot of days since users are waiting for the Galaxy S6 Marshmallow update that hasn’t been released. That was until now.
For those who have been waiting for the Marshmallow update for Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, the good news is finally here. Android 6.0 update is now rolling out to both the phones in Europe, starting with Poland. This is the first country (as usual) in Europe to receive the Marshmallow update for the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.
The update is being pushed out by carrier T-Mobile to both the flagships in Poland. But it is not the only country to receive the update, as South Korea has already received it last month, for the obvious reason that it is Samsung’s home country.
So if you are in Poland and own a Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge, an update notification should arrive soon. You can also manually check for the update in Settings.
