Back in August 2015 when Samsung unwrapped the Galaxy Note5, it was said that the new phablet will not be making its way to Europe, at least not in 2015. Well, we are in the last month of this year, and few reports have surfaced claiming that the phone will be available for purchase in European countries starting January 2016.
The Gadgette reported the news very first, followed by a sure shot confirmation from Android Central’s sources. When it comes to price and availability, the details are still incomplete.
The Galaxy Note5 is built around a 5.7-inch display with a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels. Powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 7420, it runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and is expected to get Android 6.0 Marshmallow update early next year.
With 4GB of RAM, the phone comes in 32GB and 64GB storage options. Camera section includes a 16-megapixel rear unit along with a 5-megapixel selfie shooter.
