The changelog for the update says that the Galaxy Note5 will get the new, improved TouchWiz that comes with an updated design and better usability. There is an advanced power saving mode that extends battery life by restricting background data. There’s a Quick Connect app too that helps you find nearby devices and connect to them. Many other small changes are included in the update.

The Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update for the Samsung Galaxy Note5 weighs around 1.26GB, so you should obviously download it over WiFi. The update might take some time to reach your device, but if you are impatient, you can go to the About section in Settings and check for the update manually. Keep your device at least 50% charged before updating so that the process does not get interrupted due to low battery.
