Cyber-Investing Summit, the very first event that featured investment opportunities on cyber security industry will take place on Wall Street in New York, May 3rd on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
It will encourage cyber security experts, venture capitalists, investors and financial analyst in this one-day event that will tackle about the current cyber security measures and the profit opportunities in the cyber sector.
One of its co-founders is Andrew Chanin, CEO at PureFunds and will also be a speaker at the said event. He is known as the 29-year-old who grew $1 billion tech fund in a year.
The Cyber-Investing Summit acknowledges different facts such as the recently predicted increase of the cost of data breaches to $2.1 trillion globally in 2019 by Juniper Research, a four-time increase than the estimated cost last 2015. This is due to rapid digitization globally for consumers’ lives and data records.
Cyber-Investing Summit is also aware of the cybercrime epidemic that is increasing the worldwide security market from $75 billion presently to $170 billion by 2020. This increase will come not only from businesses but also from consumers, government and other industry such as schools to make sure that their network is safe and no personal data is being leaked.
Some of the topics that Cyber-Investing Summit speakers will tackle are market forecasts, merger and acquisition activity, spending and demand within U.S government, investment strategies and diversification, and crypto-currencies.
